Organization

The highest decision-making body of the Aru Foundation is the Assembly of Institutions that appoints the Board of Directors from whose composition emerges the Executive Director, who in turn regulates what to do with associated researchers. From it, five fundamental units are organized:

The Research Unit headed by a Director of Research in coordination with a Senior Researcher / Leader, Researchers and Research Assistants.

The Data Unit under the tutelage of the Data Coordinator in coordination with a CAPI Systems Manager, a Field Operations Manager and a Content Design Manager.

The Knowledge Management Unit has a Technical Coordinator as head and an Assistant who supports the area’s activities.
The Communication and Advocacy Unit in charge of a Communication Officer, followed by a Communication or Graphic Design Assistant, an IT

Officer and an IT Assistant.

The Administrative Unit with the Administrative Officer as responsible and an Administrative Assistant in the Accounting area.
