As an activity prior to the collection of information for the impact evaluation, Aru Foundation carried out, from August to October 2019, the consultancy “Listing exercise as part of the ex post impact evaluation of the Economic Inclusion Program for Families and Rural Communities in the Territory of the Plurinational State of Bolivia (ACCESS)”. This listing process allowed to create the sampling frame for collecting the data for the evaluation, both for the treatment group and the control group.
