Research Director and Senior Researcher
Founding member, Current Research Director and former Executive Director of Fundación Aru, within which he served as lead researcher of the Macroeconomic Modeling Group. He worked in the United Nations Development Program UNDP in the Project of Policies and Decentralized Management for the Achievement of Millennium Development Goals, in the Analysis Unit of Economic and Social Policies (UDAPE), in the Dialogue Foundation, in the Social Policy Analysis Unit (UDAPSO) and at the National Statistics Institute (INE). Wilson holds a Master in Management and Public Policy from the Harvard Institute for International Development (HIID) and a degree in economics from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés
