    Impact assessment is non-experimental in nature with treatment (participant) and control (non-participant) groups. For the evaluation of impact, it was estimated to carry out surveys in at least 2,986 households and 356 communities in the 4 agroecological domains of the Amazon, the Central Valley, the South Valley and the High Plateau. The project was aimed at consolidating a database of beneficiaries based on information provided by the Access program and collecting field information from potential control communities through a communal ballot
