Internal Training
In April, the Foundation scheduled a series of training sessions for all staff. These are held every Friday and are given by experts who are part of the team. The main objective is to provide short but essential workshops on topics ranging from literature review to data management and analysis methodologies focused on research.
Workshop: Basic programming in R
The Foundation held a three-day workshop on basic programming in R for new interns. Each one-hour workshop was given by staff from the research and data area.
Workshop: Construction of texts in Latex
A two-day workshop on text construction and Latex presentations was given to the Foundation's new interns. Each one-hour workshop was given by staff from the research and data area.

A three-day workshop on basic Stata programming was given to the Foundation's new interns. Each one-hour workshop was given by staff from the research and data area.
Workshop: Introduction to Data Analysis using R.
The introductory workshop on the programming language of the R statistical software was held in the city of La Paz from February 26 to March 9.
Class: Impact Assessment Methodologies of Public Policies and Case Studies in Bolivia
A continuing education course in Economics was carried out consisting of Impact Assessment Methodologies for Public Policies and Case Studies in Bolivia.
Class: Sampling, Weights and Estimates with applications in Stata.
The class on Sampling, Weights and Estimates with applications in Stata in the city of La Paz was carried out, which consisted of 9 sessions from Monday to Wednesday at the offices of the Aru Foundation.
Class: Quantitative analysis in Stata.
The introduction to analysis in Stata course was held in La Paz. 6 face-to-face classes were carried out, which consisted of exposing basic examples, superficial review of theoretical notions and solving of cases using HOUSEHOLD SURVEYS and ENDSA's.
Workshop: Introduction to programming in Stata.
The introductory programming workshop in Stata was held in the city of La Paz. During 8 hours, 16 young researchers from different institutions received instruction in advanced programming tools in this statistical software.
